Viewing Windows are popular accessories for Beech Stone Hearth Ovens. They create an inviting atmosphere, enticing clients into the restaurant via the wavering flame coming from within the oven; they are the perfect addition to any theatre kitchen.

The Beech Ovens design includes three panes of triple glazed heat reflective glass with air vent extraction between each layer, making it a touchable surface no hotter than 50 degrees. The viewing window can be connected to the spray filter or vented directly into an overhead canopy.
