Etihad Towers is a stunning and luxurious new complex of buildings containing five towers in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.

The complex has a unique connection with Australia in that the Architects (DBI Design), Food Service Consultant (Terry Brennan-Food Service Design Australia) and Beech Ovens have all been a major contributors to this newly branded Jumeirah hotel. This is the first Jumeirah hotel for Abu Dhabi and will offer a new scale of luxury experiences for visitors & residents alike.

Beech Ovens had the pleasure to provide a number of spectacular cooking appliances to the cosmopolitan kitchens of the complex’s restaurants. Several Beech Stone Hearth Ovens, Duck Ovens and Tandoors are spread through the 12 restaurants and bars, some offering incredible views over the Arabian Sea.
