An avoidable problem our service department deals with on a regular basis is poor operation of our equipment because it has been set up for a different gas type to that supplied. At order time it’s critical that we are advised of gas type and pressure and if there are any special mixes such as the that of butane with propane. Supplying the gas composition from the Gas Authority when ordering the oven totally avoids this issue.

All this items affect jet size which is preset in the factory according to that identified by the client in the Purchase Order.
