Beech Ovens travelling Chef Arnie packed his bags and headed off to the Philippines recently to conduct user training on Beech Ovens products that were used extensively throughout the multiple kitchens at the newly opened Solaire Resort and Casino.

This massive new Resort and Casino project is an indication of the blossoming economy in the Philippines and it was great to see such enthusiasm by the management and chefs of this Hotel towards using the Beech Ovens products.

Included in this project were several Stone Hearth Ovens, 1 round gas Specialty Char Grill and 1 very large gas fired Char Grill with display burners to the front for the fine dining restaurant in the Hotel. With several more 5 star hotel projects currently ‘on the drawing boards’ for Manila, it looks like Beech Ovens will be back there again soon.
