Stone hearth ovens are much more than just a pizza oven. They are incredibly versatile enabling chefs to cook full menus using the one oven. Beech stone hearth ovens are able to sauté, grill, roast and braise dishes to perfection. We’d like to share some cooking demonstrations that highlight the versatility of Beech stone hearth ovens. For these demonstrations we used Chef James’ recipes, all of which are available online.
