Recently opened in the heart of Fortitude Valley, Tinderbox Kitchen serves up local produce sourced from local growers, including a good selection of delicious wood fired pizzas cooked out of their Beech Stone Hearth Oven.

The Oven sits in the heart of the restaurant and is a centrepiece of the restaurant, the open plan layout, modern interior and great selection of food and drinks makes Tinderbox a great choice for lunch or night out. 

The Beech Ovens team had lunch at Tinderbox recently, we tried almost all the pizzas and salads and had a fantastic time! Excellent food and great atmosphere, we can see why Tinderbox Kitchen is popular with locals!
